Upon placing your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email; please note that this is an acknowledgement of your order, not an acceptance to sell.

Provided valid payment is received, you will also receive a receipt of payment- this will then bind you and the Furry Chef Ltd. in a contract. Before this point, The Furry Chef Ltd. reserves the right to decline the offer. We would deem a contract unsafe for us to enter if evidence of fraud or an undesirable credit reference were to become apparent; please see our Privacy Policy for our management of our customer’s private data.



The total purchase price of our items are the sum of the cost of the item(s) being purchased + shipping and any applicable VAT. Please note the Price displayed on the Product pages do not include shipping. All final costs will be written on the page titled “Checkout” before payment details are requested. You will also receive an invoice in your confirmation email that will reflect the final costs. Payment will be deducted when we process your order (ie- upon receipt of valid payment- please see section titled “Our Contract with You.”)



Upon receipt of valid payment we will prepare your item for shipping. Please allow one full working day for us to process your shipment.

Delivery fees are calculated depending on how heavy the final parcel will be; therefore, the more items in the parcel, the more expensive the shipping will be (with the exception of our free shipping promotions).

Once your items have been shipped, you will be provided with a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information. Within the UK, items should arrive within 3-5 working days. If ordering internationally or from the Scottish Isles/ Isle of Man, please allow for more time.

We aim to deliver on time but naturally cannot control all potential events once the products leave our door; thus, we cannot guarantee that delivery times will not be affected by unforeseen complications.

You must make sure that you are either home to receive your items or that they can be left in a safe place. For our UK-based customers, our couriers will make 3 delivery attempts after which your items will be shipped back to us. Should this result in us needing to re-ship your items, the customer will be liable to pay for the new shipment with the payment on file.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of order placed for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping). The items must be unaltered and unopened in order to be accepted for a refund. Return shipping is at cost to customer.
